    Gregg, in our opinion, is among the best in the business, if not the best and you would be fortunate to work with him. Writing this review is almost an impossible task as there is insufficient room to share all the wonderful things he did for us.

    We met Gregg though a family member who also had an amazing experience with Gregg and we are lucky that we found him.
    He is a consummate professional with 100% laser sharp focus on only one thing - making sure you find the "perfect" home, and presenting you with all the information that you could possibly need to then make a decision that’s best for you and your family.

    The guidance, knowledge, integrity, honesty and transparency in his dealings with us was something one rarely finds these days. We felt comfortable in knowing that he always had our best interests at heart.

    He went above and beyond during every phase of the process including:

    Home search and assessment:
    - By constantly sending us listings that were highly targeted to our needs and preferences and that constantly got better based on our feedback
    - By always being available and making time at our schedule to set up, plan and coordinate appointments
    - By providing us with tons of high value data and analytics about the homes, towns, communities, home models and more, thus helping us make sound decisions

    Decision making and Negotiation:
    - By providing us a lot of well curated data and sound, professional advice on home values, keeping our finances and budget in mind and never once trying to sway or pressure us in any way. As I said, his interest seemed to always be aligned with ours.
    - By never hesitating to communicate with the other side and always being our strong advocate in every conversation and making sure we got a good price.

    Home buying process:
    - Helping us find the right attorneys, inspectors, loan officers and other experts
    - His strong knowledge helped us catch issues that even the home inspector missed and saved us trouble and money
    - He put a ton of personal time and effort in contacting the town, HOA, management company to the point of literally hiring plumbers by himself, spending his money while we were away (of course with our consent) to ensure we fully understood what we were getting into.

    Lastly, he leveraged his legal expertise and served as a second set of eyes on our contract and ensured that our contingencies and closing credits were clearly spelled out.

    We could go on and on but never be able to fully put our experience in words. Gregg treated us like his family throughout the process and we will forever be thankful to have had the pleasure of his counsel.

    Oh, and forgot to mention, his incredible incentive/buyer rebate system is probably the best in Westchester and definitely something we really appreciated.

    But don't just do this for the financial benefit of working with him. It is his integrity, knowledge, guidance, transparency, analytics skills and honesty that you would really benefit from.

    We have been searching for an apartment and were not getting much guidance from our current broker. She just opened the doors, handed us the listing sheets and asked us our thoughts.

    We contacted Gregg after reading about his business in the Scarsdale Inquirer and we are so happy we did. In addition to offering money back at closing, he adds tremendous value. He has a wealth of real estate and finance knowledge, strong analytical skills, a tireless work ethic and a genuine desire to find the right solution for his clients.

    The first thing Gregg did was educate us on the differences between condos and co-ops. He then helped us determine the cost of ownership for various apartments and showed us comparably priced rentals so we could determine what was best for us.

    As we have begun to narrow our choices, Gregg analyzed the buildings (not just the apartments), including the historical sales and the financials. On one of the co-ops, Gregg identified that the mortgage needed to be refinanced within 3 years, possibly causing the monthly maintenance to go up due to rising interest rates. We never would have thought about this and our prior agent never discussed the financials of buildings with us.

    While we are still considering our options, we are glad we have Gregg to guide us through this journey. There are lots of brokers out there. Gregg is definitely one of the ones worth speaking with.

    Gregg delivers a unique combination of expertise, local knowledge, analytics, empathy and customer service and I highly recommend him for anybody looking to buy a home in the area. Gregg has been assisting my parents in their emotional decision to downsize to first floor living from a large home – a challenging prospect in the area. After a lengthy discussion to understand their needs, Gregg has identified a variety of homes in various towns in order to help them understand the trade-offs in the market and to narrow their focus. Not wanting to waste my parents’ time, Gregg has also previewed many of the properties on his own, first, to ensure they met my parents’ criteria.

    After Gregg identified a property in a townhouse community that suited my parents’ needs, but was at the top of their budget, we set on him the task to comfort us that they were not overpaying. Rather than putting pressure on us or just showing us a few recent sales, Gregg analyzed the ENTIRE complex, enabling us to understand the uniqueness of this particular unit and, based on recent sales, was able to help us pinpoint a fair price to offer.

    What further sets Gregg apart is his patience and clear desire to do what is best for his clients. One of the options that Gregg laid out for my parents was to stay where they are and make modifications to their current home to better meet their needs. Clearly, he cared more about what was best for my parents than making a sale. Oh, and at the end of the process, he is rebating them half his commission. Who does that?!?!
