(January 25, 2022, 6:03 am)I had a great experience at Zee Vacuum. Brian repaired my Miele vacuum cleaner efficiently and took a lot of time to walk me through its functions, care and handling. He is personable and completely knowledgeable. I bought the vacuum off Amazon, and broke it (through my own stupidity) the first day. Brian saved me! If you are looking to buy a high-end vacuum, I'd suggest that you start there. Brian will steer you to exactly what you need, and make sure you know how to use it. I've learned my lesson. Of course, I'll go to Zee for any more repairs I need, but I will also go there if there are ever any more vacuum purchases in my life! The store is a gem!
