Shout out to Front desk worker at nighttime Diane and morning Manager Dana …they were both so welcoming and accommodating! Had issues with booking a room online however I was immediately helped at the front desk and problems were solved! Place was very clean and comfortable to stay at. Would come back again. Excellent customer service.

I'm a travel nurse and needed to stay near where I worked this year. I stayed in O'Fallon, Illinois Extended Stay America hotel for 6 months.
The staff was great! The hotel and rooms were kept very clean and tidy. Anything that I needed or asked for the staff would try to accommodate immediately. The general manager, Dana, was awesome! The first night I got there, the night staff, Bre, did a quick and great job getting me taken care of and into my room.
The other staff, Tabitha, Diane, Carson, Deovian we're always keeping the place running smoothly.
Troy, one of the assistant managers, was always upbeat and tried to accommodate any needs I had. Another staff member that went out of his way to help me was Oscar. He helped me with my luggage at times and was just overall helpful and nice. They all made me feel at home.
It's great to know that when you have to be out of town and away from home, that you have good people to depend on!

This place is super clean. Live the rooms and the kitchenette. Reception staff is super friendly and very helpful. Any problems are addressed quickly. I highly recommend this place

Safe and sound!

I stayed here for a much-needed "mommy vacation" after weaning my baby. The room was clean. The internet was good enough so I could sit around all day watching shows that I wanted to watch (anything but PBSkids!!!). The kitchenette was amazing and perfect for my needs (the only bites taken out of my food were from me!). The bathroom countertop could easily seat two small children, or a small arsenal of hair and makeup supplies, whichever is more your style. The AC unit was easy to use. The staff was super polite and helpful, and I never felt unsafe while staying there.

I chose this hotel based on price as well as proximity to all the takeout food I wanted to get. I was never more than 5-10 minutes away from my next meal (that I didn't have to cook or clean up after).

Whether you need to get away and reclaim your sanity for a bit, or if you're just passing through, the extended stay is a safe bet for a good night's sleep.
