Great classes and staff.
I was hooked from the very 1st class. The most supportive environment with the most welcoming group. The staff and the coaches help you modify each workout according to your fitness level. Every workout is different and challenging and there isn't anything better than that!! Crossfit XT is not just a gym it's a family!!
What can you say about a place where the trainers take the time to know you and create goals which challenge and develop as you do. I've been with XT for 3 1/2 years now and it has been a life changing experience that continues to get more exciting and challenging with every workout. Every single time I leave I'm stronger than when I walked in. Brandon is amazing!!! He makes sure your form is correct and always demonstrates exactly how exercises need to be performed. Brandon makes your want to work hard and succeed. I have also had the privilege to work with LaMar, Lisa Ray and Anthony. Each are knowledgeable and motivating. I would recommend XT to anyone who is interested in starting a fitness program as well as those who are ready to take their fitness to another level.
XT staff is the best around! I have had the privilege to work with LaMar, Anthony,Ray,and Brandon since the very beginning of XT's journey. These boys are no joke! And Lisa completes the team. Coach Lisa is one bad ass coach and crossfitter! Lisa is both experienced and passionate about CrossFit. Each trainer brings a speciality to the table and is highly qualified. I have been doing CrossFit, Barbell Class, and personal training for over a year now and have lost 40 pounds (thank you LaMar). I love my XT family! Anthony and Lamar have worked hard to bring more to our Box. Powerlifting with the beast Ray every friday and sunday (man is real deal)! Olympic lifting with Anthony on saturday! Open gym! I highly recommed this Box!
At CrossFit XT, a lot of time and effort goes into making sure each session is as productive as possible. CONSISTENCY is the most important aspect of training. It has the greatest impact on the effectiveness of one's training.
