(July 27, 2018, 10:11 am)These guys are great. I have a 2007 Saab 9-3 Aero that they just did a major service on as well as changing the ignition coils. He has a mastery of the idiosyncracies of all Saabs and only uses OEM parts which tend to cost more but have longer lives. The car runs like it is new. Vincent took 15 minutes to explain to me what was up with the car and what the options were. He could not have been nicer or more patient. I felt like I was speaking to a GOOD doctor before major surgery. He also did not do any work without telling me how much it would cost. They are a 5 minute walk from the Metro North station so all Saab owners who care about their cars should come here.

I appreciate their willingness to explain what they think is going on with the car, including what's necessary versus what I can reasonably wait on. I wouldn't still have my old car without this confidence!

(April 13, 2018, 2:08 pm)My truck broke down coming on the taconic parkway I google the shop and got here. They are super friendly and helpful they took care of my truck and got me on the road in no time. The guys are so nice they gave water to my dogs where funny and super helpful. They saved me out of a bad situation and made it even pleasant. Everybody is from Brooklyn and took care of this Brooklyn fellow and his two dogs. Best experience ever.
