(January 20, 2022, 2:33 pm)I've been going to this Open Door since before they moved locations, 4+ years. Open Door helped me get insurance back when I had none and provided amazing, affordable care. The doctors and staff have always, ALWAYS been kind, caring, and attentive. The dentists are great too! I see a lot of complaining about wait times, but waiting a bit before your appointment is normal for a doctor's office. 15 mins at the most, isn't going to kill you. In my experience if you set an appointment beforehand, the wait is non existent or short. Thanks for your great service to the community ODFMC!

(October 30, 2020, 11:05 am)The bad reviews are unwarranted. The service provided by Open Door Medical Center is amazing and the community is lucky to have an option available for people in need like myself.
The front desk staff are busy but they are friendly and accommodating. The doctor I saw was incredibly personable and professional. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in need.
