Spavia Day Spa - Thornwood

My first time experience was great. Took off 1 star only because of my initial wait time but my specialist was very apologetic and made sure the length of my treatment was not impacted. Ask for Jodie! Great hands and not too much talking!!

Great spa and services. Ben the owner, is why his business gets it right. He cares about his customers and really want to see each and every customer happy. He's a great communicator and runs a top notch spa. Thank you, Ben!

I received a gift certificate for the relax package as a birthday gift. I was so impressed with this day spa! I’ve been to several chains within Westchester as well as more expensive spas in the city and while on vacations. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The facilities were spotlessly clean. The owner Ben was friendly and welcoming. Due to an emergency I was a little late. Luckily, because of scheduling, I was still able to receive the full time on my treatments, which was very nice considering most places, in my experience, wouldn’t do this. Mila did my facial. She did a fantastic job with my sensitive skin. I couldn’t stop looking at how clean my pores were. But the best part of the experience was my massage with Shawnta. The woman has gifted hands. She found all my stiff muscles and knots and I walked out feeling I just got back from a week long vacation, it was one of the best massages I have ever received! I hope this place sticks around! .

Very glad I went! It was my first time today. It’s a cute little spa with nice relaxation space and very friendly staff. I had a massage with Paulina and it was amazing. This was my first massage in a year and a half. I’m vaccinated and the staff masks, and I felt very comfortable. Highly recommend and I will be back.
