(August 21, 2019, 11:34 am)I visited this store yesterday and lost my wallet at the self-service checkout. This was at a very busy time (3:56 pm). I realized this when I got home (Bronx). I immediately called Guest Services. The young lady took my I information, put me on hold and went to check. My wallet was found, secured and returned to me (intact). The shifts were changing so I know I spoke to two different ladies. They were so helpful. This is not the first time that I have lost something in Target and I have lost and found. Kudos to your staff for their honesty. I thank you. A very happy customer!!
(June 18, 2019, 12:33 am)BAD EXPERIENCE TURNED RIGHT!! I was stuck at target in Mt.Vernon this pass weekend the day before Fathers Day when all their computers around the country were down. I waited in line for a long time when the Manager RAFAEL offered to hold my cart with all my purchases until I returned later that day. I left feeling skeptical but returned later to find that he had honored his word. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DESPITE THE SITUATION...RAFAEL YOUR AWESOME. Definitely will continue shopping at this location.
