I had replaced my roof with another company and they made a mess with my skylights. The water was leaking in it was truly a mess and I felt so lost until someone recommended John from five star. Most places wouldn’t even came because they didn’t do the roofing job but he came and came with a smile! He told me what was wrong what had to be done didn’t overcharge me and did an amazing job. I highly recommend John and his crew I wish I would’ve known beforehand I would’ve had them down my roof. But I guarantee you I have other houses I want the next move needs to be done it’s John I’m gonna call .

I was able to make an appointment with Five Star Contracting of New York . The shingles on my home was damaged after an ice and wind storm. John from
Five Star Contracting returned my call very promptly .
We met the next morning at the time promised. John answered my questions and concerns . The estimate for the repair was quite fair and reasonable . The repair crew showed up at the time promised . They explained what they were here to do. They did a great job ! I certainly would use Five Star Contracting again.

John was just amazing! In 2021, the storms that passed had really taken a toll on our roof. From my room to the hallway (on the 3rd floor) there was water everywhere. Two of the shingles on the roof had locked one another in place in an upright position. If John didn’t fix the roof as soon as he did, I think my room would’ve been destroyed.John and his men were professional, polite, and hard working. Thank you guys so much for saving our roof!

John Bassi is by far one of the best roofing and siding contractors I have ever used. I have been developing real estate for twenty-five years and I wish I had found him sooner! His workmanship is impeccable, his pricing is reasonable and his demeanor is wonderful. May I give twenty stars?
