Called around 4am on a Monday morning. I woke up to get ready for work only to find out that my water heater isn't working. I contacted a close friend who referred me to this company. Duane answered the call at 4am, arrived in a timely manner, and fixed my water heater.
TriState provided excellent, prompt, friendly, and unbelievable services. My basement main waste line was clogged, on a Saturday evening. I thought I would be paying the "emergency Saturday evening" price. NOT SO!!! Ricardo showed up in less than an hour. Very friendly, professional. Did an amazing job. Services well priced. I Will definitely recommend this business, and use them again.
Couldn't ask for more. Hired him to install attenuator for water hammer problem. He discovered that the kitchen faucet needed replacement and we went to Home Depot for the part; he stuck to his original quote plus only $25 for the extra time and effort. There has been no more hammering and the tenant is pleased, as am I.
