  Best gymnastics facility and programs in all of Westchester.

  I started re-training in gymnastics at the age of 36 and found this amazing facility. Granted, my experience is primarily direct, private instruction with a single gymnastics instructor, yet I have been able to observe the way in which the gym runs instruction for children and teenagers.
  
  Allow me to share that Coach Mike is a great gymnastics coach. Within a short time I was performing stunts I have not been able to do since I was a younger man. Young or old, Coach Mike can effortlessly convey what he wants, and how it will help the individual being coached.
  
  Other instructors are very helpful, compassionate and supportive in their classes for children. There is a high level of attention given to students, and the knowledge shared is top notch. A few times, children were demonstrating techniques that my coach wanted me to perform.
  
  The facilities are excellent. The equipment works and while the trampoline track in the rear is old, it gives the user the sense that it has propelled athletes to great heights in their careers. It is not humongous but there is enough space and the equipment is definitely used efficiently. There are multiple foam pits and sets of rings and bars.
  
  In addition, the facility has smaller rooms with chairs and tables for private parties and events.
  
  Events that build a sense of community, such as camps and kid’s night are promoted. There is a small store in the front for related retail. Everyone who works there is friendly and approachable.
  
  I have not been exposed to it, but there is an adjacent building for an affiliated preschool.
  
  A visitor does feel as if the gymnastics center is located on the edge of the town, as it is located next to some industrial plants and a bus parking lot off the side of the Saw Mill Parkway.
  
  But once inside, the visitor will completely forget about the location and begin to observe the hard work on display from the instructor and gymnasts.
  
  The bathroom, at least for the males, does not have the dustless, pristine quality of an Equinox gym, but the soap dispensers are always full and it is always stocked with toilet paper.
  
  I highly recommend this gymnastics center and I plan to enroll my own kids here some day.

  I met the owner today, Sunday, December 4th and I have never felt better about bringing my child somewhere. There are very few people out there who care about other people, yet John is one of them. I assume this man leads by example as he has an amazing staff as well. I will continue to, and look forward to, travelling the 24 miles to his establishment, passing several similar places, based entirely on the way I've been treated here. I can't wait to go back next Sunday.
