(September 6, 2017, 4:32 pm)Ed has catered two lobster bakes for me. Each for a party of over 100 people. The food and presentation were flawless. The service (as long as it is Ed and his employees) was also flawless. If ever hosting a large party, I highly recommend La Mer. However if additional staff is needed, I suggest you asking Ed not to outsource it to enVious Events, LLC. The owner sends staff that she has not properly vetted and then does not claim any responsibility for their inability to do the job. But, I cannot stress enough how wonderful Ed and his staff at La Mer are!!
