(August 6, 2018, 10:42 pm)After working with countless other PTs in the Westchester area without much success, I am happy to report my extremely positive experience treating my shoulder/neck, and back at Access Physical Therapy. Access is unique in that PTs work with one patient exclusively during sessions and do not juggle two or three concurrently like a factory. As a result, they closely assess issues and target treatment quickly and effectively.

Every single person there from reception to the aides to the therapists, was super friendly and accommodating. My PT Kim Allen was empathic, extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, warm and encouraging; validating both my struggles and my hard work. Highly, highly recommend Access!
