  I had a flat on one of my pneumatic wheelchair tires. Since I use it everyday, I needed to find a place ready and willing to replace the tires on both wheels a.s.a.p. Thank you Briarcliff Bike Works for your kind and considerate service. Excellent job.

  I had a fantastic experience buying a new bike here recently. I had a good but very old FS bike and have recently been getting back into riding. Was way overdue to upgrade and had done some research and test rides, but I’m far from an expert. Lou is passionate about bikes, incredibly knowledgeable and willing to spend as much time as you want to teach you and make sure you get the bike that fits your needs. No attitude - he loves to explain and doesn’t expect you to come in knowing everything. The shop is unapologetic (and totally transparent) about the high-end enthusiast market they serve. But the prices are fair and Lou doesn’t upsell for sake of it. He helped me spec an Ibis Ripley with targeted and very thoughtful upgrades, which has been a blast to ride. If this is the kind of bike store you’re looking for, this place is worth a drive. The best.

  Where else can you demo high end bikes,, measured and set up for you on 1st rate north east trails? Lou knows his stuff. I highly recommended a visit to the shop.
