  We have lived in the area for over 25 years and have purchased most if not all of our applicances from Albano. We have seen the store change and expand over the years, but the one thing that has not changed is the quality of service you will receive here. I went in today looking for a replacement knob for my 88 year old mother’s ancient dryer and voila- the service and parts department produced one, no charge.
  I would recommend Albano 100% to anyone looking at appliances. I have always found their pricing to be very competitive. Their installers and salespeople are top notch. It is an extremely reputable family business!

  I have had two experiences with Albanos: 1) my husband and I are renovating our home and decided to purchase a Blue Star range for our new kitchen. These are expensive and highly customizable so we thought we needed to see them in person. My husband found Albano's and we went over one Sunday. When we walked in, it was like heading in to someone's very warm and inviting home - albeit with loads of appliances! The staff was incredibly attentive - Fred Albano even made my daughter breakfast! The chef there Jehan, walked me the benefits of the griddle was pondering, and we walked through all the benefits of the Blue Star vs. other high-end ranges. It was a lovely, warm experience and I was happy to make that purchase with them. 2) Same newly renovated kitchen needed a drawer microwave in a hurry, so we called Albano's and placed an order for a Bosch and so I would get it on time, the chef, Jehan, actually dropped it off TO MY HOME on his way home from work. I was floored. Who does that anymore? They have made loyal customers out of me and my husband!

  It’s like in the Wizard of Oz where the film goes from black and white to color when you walk in. I’ve lived ten minutes from here for twenty years and didn’t know it existed. Awesome place. All the high end stuff, knowledgeable staff AND service. I needed my SZ serviced and had to get someone from miles and miles away because I had no idea. Make the trip, even if you don’t live right near here. It’s so worth it.
