    The staff always friendly and very attentive to my needs. I purchased my trailer from this particular location and when my trailer needs repairs, which is very seldom I take it here. The prices are reasonable and affordable. I will continue to do my business with Big tex trailer.

    We lost an axle bearing on our travel trailer and was towed to Big text after hours. The tow operator called ahead and Big Tex told him they could fix our trailer first thing in the morning and let us stay the night at their shop. As promised they got our trailer right in fixed the bad bearing, hub and Brake, even while booked with other jobs and at my request repacked and resealed the other bearings. They were a life saver! Got us back on the road and at a great price! Can not recommend them enough. Really friendly people.

    Taffy, Courtney & Scottie ARE THE MOST AMAZING PEOPLE I HAVE EVER HAD THE PRIVILEGE TO WORK WITH! Our trailers axle broke and the 2nd axle was damaged. They helped us with referrals to get our trailer stabilized to get here and worked tirelessly to get us back on the road safely. I would travel back across the US to do business again with them. I cannot give them any higher recommendation. Above and beyond service and at its finest! Truly the best of the best! Thank you from the bottom of our heart. You took an extremely difficult moment in our lives and restored our faith 💜

    Best customer service we have ever had! Courtney was great, she went above and beyond. She even helped us with a recommendation to get our Ram 3500 paperwork taken care of. We will definitely be doing all our future business with them. Thank you!

    Had an OUTSTANDING experience with the staff of Big Tex. Wasn’t looking to drive an hour out of my way to buy my new trailer; but when I spoke to Taffy on the phone she was by far the nicest out of anyone I had spoken with from any of the other dealerships around St Louis. Other dealerships acted like they were doing me a favor by selling me their trailer, Taffy was different, you could tell she genuinely wanted to earn our business.
