Yonkers Honda

This was my first encounter with the Yonkers Dealership and was extremely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of Mae Soleiman, the Senior Sales Consultant. The first day we met, I felt comfortable and trusting of her. She made all the paperwork easy to understand. Moreover, Mae was thorough and patient explaining all of the technology (bells and whistles) on the dashboard and other parts of the car. I would highly recommend this dealership and Mae. I wanted to add that I had trouble trying to get my Sirius radio, so I called Mae for an appointment to show me how to get my Sirius.. She got back to me , and we agreed to meet the following day. I called her before I left and she walked me through the steps to get Sirius. Further, she called the next day to make sure everything was okay. she is the best salesperson!!!

I had a phenomenal experience at Yonkers Honda! Mr. Gary made us feel comfortable and guided my husband and I every step of the way. He is a vet in the business and it showed from beginning to end! Liz was such a sweetheart which made us feel like we were purchasing a car from family! Mr. Antonio in finance was an Angel! No matter the credit class, he will work his hardest for approval. Just a class act! I recommend Yonkers Honda to purchase your new vehicle! We got a great deal and an even better experience! 10/10!!!!

Gary is a very nice guy. He helped me through out the whole process and most importantly had an amazing attitude. Very respectful. Liz also was very helpful and nice and Jordan the financial manager helped me get the best deal I could get. Nice dealership and treat you with respect. Great dealer to give your business

From my initial contact via email and phone with Susie, to coordinating my lease with both Boris and Peter, to having the financial aspects of my deal processed by Mohamed, my experience was first rate. At every step I was treated with honesty and respect, such a rare commodity in many car dealerships. There is a very good reason why Yonkers Honda has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Now that I have my car (my first Honda, actually) I couldn't be happier with it. I plan on being a loyal Yonkers Honda customer. Thanks to everyone who made the process as seamless as it was, I appreciate it!

2020 Update: I'm back! I traded in my lease for a new one this week and I couldn't be happier. Mike Bargallo assisted me this time and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks again, I am definitely a loyal Yonkers Honda customer. Five stars!

Got what I wanted so overall it was a great experience. Mae was great. Update**. So it has been 3 years that I posted this. So I had to turn my lease. Once again I got great service. Michael DelValle is great. Took care of exactly what I wanted. Also the financial person who took care of us was great maybe Frank was his name. Sorry I forgot. But all and all it was a great experience once again thank you!
