I've been using them for about a year now for all of my dry cleaning, and I have no complaints about how my clothes have been handled. I often have shirts laundered, and dresses, skirts, and jackets cleaned. When I have special requests they go out of their way to find the best solution for us both. And- a little bonus- the laundry bag/garment bag combo they provided is awesome! Respect!
