  I have had a good experience with Synergy for 3+ weeks. Jay, the owner, was very kind and accommodating to my special needs. The head nurse, Myerlene, was knowledgable and experienced. My caregiver, Francisca, provided helpful and attentive service. She was a great cook!

  It was an excellent day the day I met J.(owner)and Meryline (RN) from Synergy. They are both respectful, responsible and caring people. They spent upwards of 3 hours talking and getting to know our parents so that they could employee the best possible aides for them given their unique circumstances. Synergy is very supported of aging people and their families. The 2 aides, that spend considerable time with our 95 year old parents (2), gives us respite and confidence. Meryline accompanies the aide on the first day to ensure that the plan of care is followed by the aide. We have used other agencies and this is so far Synergy receives TOP ranking.

  Good morning, I wanted to write a review as I recently interviewed for their scheduler position with Joseph Heinlein and his associate Myrline in their yonkers, ny location. I just wanted to say that I was very impressed by their dedication and willingness to succeed in providing health care services for their clients. They were very well versed and attentive and probably one of the best interviews I have had at any agency. I don't know if i would be selected but I felt so comfortable with them and talking to them reminded me of the passion and dedication to do I have to what I do. So I would like your company to note that you have 2 profound individuals who are a great assets to any organization. Thank you for taking the time out to interview me. It was an absolute pleasure!

You have worked hard to try to find great aids and to make sure that the transition to them worked as well as it could possibly work.
