(October 12, 2018, 8:28 am)Nice park. A group of us went there 2nd week of October. Reserved a nice spot in section 7. Lots of trees, close to the river, not too crowded. Off season of course so have to go back again in the summer.
(October 12, 2018, 4:49 am)Great park to spend the day with the family. Pool area, lazy river, and slides all very fun. Getting to the pool area a bit annoying. That's why only four stars.
(September 26, 2018, 6:13 pm)Fun for the whole family with basketball, soccer, and baseball fields. Also has a mini water park and paths for bike riding.
Very interesting surcharge points though. Soccer fields they charge quite a bit, but shelter locations are decently priced.
(June 17, 2018, 9:23 am)From the fields, to the lakes, picnic areas, and the pool, this historic little gem of a park truly has something for everyone. On sunny weekends, at the height of the summer, it does get crowded. But the vibe here is usually friendly, lazy and laid back as soon as you enter. On nice weekdays the place sometimes becomes a quiet paradise. Of course, always be mindful of your personal security. Away from the main pool area and the paths, these are real woods.
(June 15, 2018, 6:02 pm)I absolutely love this park. It's in a central location. It's great for a walk in the morning and evening. It's the perfect size. I also had my engagement photos done here. They came out amazing! It has a mini golf course as well as pool park with pool slides, kiddie pools, a playground area and a snack bar.
