  Reception: both desk personnel were friendly, even jovial, which lightens the weight of an Urgent Care waiting area. Intake: the medical professional was caring, totally professional, and friendly, taking copious and thorough notes from my concerns and history of them. Doctor: clear, caring, concerned, knowledgeable, and attentive to my questions and concerns.

  Desk staff were sympathetic and tried to get me in as soon as possible. The nurse was very kind and nice. The doctor was thorough and had great bedside manner as well. Prescription called in right away. Overall very thankful for their services; would return.

  I live in the city, but every time I need an urgent care facility, I drive to Westmed in Ridge Hill. The place is clean, the receptionists are attentive and professional, for the most part and the doctors/nurses listen to you with empathy and understanding. The receptionists give you an approximate time when you will be seen by the doctor, but every time I have been there- I would say 3 times or so- I have not had to wait for more than 30-45 minutes to be called. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I think the parking should be free.

  Waited about two hours but the wait was pleasant everyone that needed a mask wore one.
  Maybe 15 people in waiting area conversation but quiet conversation
  Nurses very helpful in obtaining an earlier appt. with physical therapy.
  Dr was quick but efficient made a few suggestions as to what to use for pain

  Excellent care. There were 6 people ahead of me & I waited an hour. Angie was efficient & thorough. Went to radiology & everyone was very professional. This place is plus 5 stars.
