First time at this location the team is wonderful and very professional. The nurses are great, very caring and concerned about there clients. The receptionist was very helpful and organized as well.

Amazing Staff. Love seeing more black people in the health care field, not nearly enough. Very pleasant and comforting.

It’s an urgent care. So it takes time. We arrived at 11:15 and left at 2:15. I was bringing my elderly relative there for a potentially dangerous vascular condition. Everyone there, everyone at the desk and reception (sorry not to get their names) the nurses (special call out to Nurse Kelly), the doctor (special call out to Dr. Udo), the security guard (special call out to Guillermo) and the ultrasound tech (special call out to Brittany) did their best to make this a supportive environment. Cleaning and other Covid protocols are clearly in place. Parking is a total beast and perhaps something can be done to reserve more spots for patients. But all in all I have to say this was a place where they care for patients and provide excellent care. Remember to bring all your medication info because they take excellent histories here. In addition, they went out of their way to get us results and a report stat. Remember to thank your health care providers and staff at health care facilities. These are difficult times for all.

I went in as a walk in for a Covid 19 test. They had an emergency and I had to wait to be seen. The wait was not as long as I thought it would be. Everyone, from the receptionist to the RN was very apologetic and extremely helpful in getting me seen quickly. As always, Westmed in Yonkers located at N Broadway is my go to place. Everyone who works there are very professional and caring to your needs. Thumbs Up for the entire staff.
