  Clearly Animal Lovers -
  I had to bring my Dachshund there last night for an MRI to see if he needs surgery for IVDD; this dog is everything to me. From the moment I walked in the door; every nurse, assistant, and Doctor it was clear to me that their number one priority is the comfort and care of my dog. Dr. Joseph made sure I was informed of all my options and what each possible outcome of each option was. Their love of what they do and why they do it is evident. I felt my dog was safe and cared for there and I know whatever the outcome is, they are providing the best care possible. He hasn't had the surgery yet, but I know we are all doing everything we can for him, and that is all I ever ask for. I will forever be grateful to them.

  Our dog is 2 weeks post surgery and I can't say enough about Animal Specialty Center and its staff. Our dachshund came down with IVDD. From the minute I walked in the door, Aza was my coordinator and took care of everything, made me feel at ease. Dr. Kornberg is the best you can ask for, he explained everything and personally called me each morning and evening to give me updates.He works very hard and is always there. He spent time with us as well when we went to visit our dog. We had the recheck yesterday and our dog is doing well. I strongly recommend Dr. Kornberg and his staff-top notch expertise!

  The emergency room staff saved our dog. He was hit by a car and suffered severe leg wounds. They took him in right away and stabilized him. We later dealt with the surgery team that has been nothing short of amazing. They pay attention to detail and really know their stuff! Dr.Raske is an incredible surgeon. Him and his team perform miracles!

  They gave my dog an extra 2 years after he had a denerative illness. During the end, they made him the most comfortable a veterinarian could offer. I came all the way from Queens because they had the best end of life services (& were also very accommodating for us during the traumatic event).

  I had a great experience here. I recently had to make the tough decision to let my beloved cat go. During the entire process, every staff member was so understanding. They answered every question I had thoroughly. They did not rush me and provided great insight to help me with my decision. After, I had the option of spending my last moments with my cat in a comfort room, which is very thoughtful. My last moments with my cat were as painless as possible. The staff is very understanding and know how to handle these tough situations.
