“Our whole experience at Mattress Firm Clearance was very positive. The sales team is knowledgeable and able to work with any budget. David Castro is especially helpful; he was very accommodating with replacing a damaged remote for our adjustable bed frame. He even shipped it to our address (we live in a remote area of the Catskill Mountains) and followed up with a phone call that it was on the way. I would have gladly given this a five star rating, but there was a VIP Setup Service charge of $149, even though I had to set everything up myself. When I asked about this charge, I was told it was because of the large number of items in the delivery and because of the adjustable bed frame, which was heavier than most items. Neither of these explanations really satisfied me, especially when they had previously waived the $99 delivery fee when I placed the order.”

“I visit several times a year for the dog salon. Superb work. They know my dogs by name. I do tip well but that is because they are great. Minimal wait time. Parking is never a problem. The store can be a bit pricey but that’s what you get with big box stores. There is a very wide selection of items.”

“Located across the street from Kohl's on Central Avenue, I'm so glad that this location finally opened. Up until now I had to go all the way to North White Plains to get the best soft serve and Italian ices around. Most of the people that work here are High school-aged, friendly and perky. Ralph's has the largest selection of Italian water ice that I ever did see. They also have cream ice and soft serve ice cream. Ralph's is open most of the year but they do close down Christmas and don't reopen until mid February. You're going to love this place!”

“Love this place. Love the whole REI concept and have for 25-30 years since I discovered them in CA. In case you don't know, it's like a cooperative. And they pay member dividends at the end of the year. This particular store is first-rate. Super clean. Super organized. Staffed well enough. Rarely will you find items or sizes to be out of stock. They don't sell skis, which I kind of understand. But you can get cross country skis and gear. Sadly it's in the ridge hill mall. So you get to pay to park - $4. And you deal with unreliable equipment and irritating cyber voices. I really loathe ridge hill. The only reason I ever go is because of REI and the theater upstairs.”
