Luckily, I didn't need worst case scenario! Given the heatwave, other companies told me it would be a few weeks. I mean, of course they are backlogged! But Francis fit me into his schedule. He walked me thru everything, documented everything and even fixed things others had done wrong when something didn't seem right (e.g. hoses connected the wrong way). His expertise is worth every penny (and very fairly priced at that). Could not recommend him higher! Thank you Francis!”

Parking is a little bit of an issue. There is a below ground parking attached to bed bath but you have to take an elevator up to get to a Harmon parking on the street is very limited but for now you can still use coupons so it's still a great deal”
