  I brought my car to Mohegan Lake Motors service department for a problem I was having with my 2017 Audi. Greg was my service advisor and because I came in at 7:15pm to pick up my loaner car Greg wasn't in. Greg called me the next morning to ask about the issues with the car. Later that day I got the call from Gregg pick up the car I explained that I had an issue at work and couldn't leave to pick up the car, Greg offered to deliver my car to my office and return the loaner. Now thats five star service from Greg and Mohegan Lake Motors service department Thanks

  We'd leased Audis and VWs in the past, but didn't expect to do it again (at least right now). The sales rep we worked with, Alfonso Ruggiero, was low-pressure and HUGELY informative. And, he found all sorts of loyalty programs and rebates that made it a no-brained to continue our relationship with Mohegan Lake Audi.
  
  The combination of a friendly and smart salesperson and a terrific and accessible service department won us over.

  I had a great buying experiencing at Mohegan Lake. I worked with Anthony Augusta online. He was easy to work with and very courteous. He responded to me promptly. We discussed what I was looking for via email, agreed upon a price and made the deal. He was able to locate the vehicle I wanted and had it on the lot within a week. I actually live in a nearby state and traveled an hour to get to Mohegan Lake but the experience was worth it. I had tried dealing with my local dealers but did not have a good experience with them whatsoever. With Anthony, it was a completely different experience. He was straightforward, transparent and made the whole car buying and trading in process very easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this dealership and Anthony Augusta as a salesperson. .

  This was not my first lease/purchase with Alfonso and Mohegan Lake Audi. The reason for our return is simple. It was a pleasure to deal with Alfonso and this dealership. He was straight forward, very fair and did not pressure us at all. I can't think of a single complaint. I highly recommend Alfonso and Mohegan Lake Audi to anyone in the market for a new car.
