  I have been into working out for over 20 years and I am the most fit that I been in my life after going to Crossfit Athletic Performance. Glenn and Jackie bring a combined 30+ years in fitness and personal training and it's obvious from the workouts and the one-on-one instruction they give to us. They push you to do your best and to try things you have never done before. They also foster a very supportive and friendly atmosphere which is important. Crossfit can be intimidating for a newbie but at CAP you immediately feel like part of a family. Whether you are the first person to finish the workout or the last person to finish someone is cheering you on. I couldn't imagine going back to work out at a regular gym ever again.

  CrossFit Athletic Performance is so much more than a regular gym. What you get is more akin to personal training in a group atmosphere. Everyone is very supportive and friendly, and you always get an incredibly challenging and fun workout. Working out here has improved my everyday life in so many ways. I can't imagine going to another gym.

  Cross Fit Athletic Performance has changed my perspective on exercise. I no longer see exercise as a grueling task. They encourage you to challenge yourself and make a healthy life change. I have lost weight, built muscle, set healthy goals for myself and feel amazing! It's like a family; everyone is supportive and motivates one another. Best gym in town!
