“CCC repaired a balky and grinding clutch on my 2007 G35S Infiniti that had been misdiagnosed for years and probably installed improperly---it was my 2nd clutch. Anthony gave me 3 options to remediate the problem, advising me on the least costly. My Infiniti now runs better than it has in years. I can say that CrotonCarClub did a superb job at a decent price. My only complaint was that the job took longer than initially promised, but it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend CCC.”

“In my experience, finding an auto repair shop is not as simple as it sounds. After all, it’s only after the complete experience you would decide if the expectation you had were actually met. A panoramic roof on my MB C300 jammed and would not operate. Once I came across Benz Express reviews and looked at their website, I made a call and scheduled an appointment to diagnose the problem. This shop specializes on Mercedes Benz vehicles and they had experience with this issue. Aside from the repair estimate, they explained the repair process and provided answers to my questions in great detail. The appointment to make the repairs was scheduled for the following week to allow time for parts delivery and to set aside the time needed for this labor intensive job. The repairs were done as promised and to my complete satisfaction. I am very pleased with this business and their friendly and experienced mechanics. I will definitely take my C300 to Benz Express for maintenance and service from now on.”

“This lady sandra was definitely the worst customer I have ever done business with. She doesn't mention that she was stuck in the pouring rain with her son unable to drive home she was treated with great customer service and was also given a great price for the work done.Her car needed a wiper motor,wiper transmission,wiper arms,2 new wipers, windshield wiper fluid, 3 quarts of motor oil, air in tires, cleaned the fire wall full of 10 pounds of leaves, coolant and a couple of other things. She was told a price of around $ 500 with labor. When the car was ready she was told the shop closed at 5:30pm and she would not be able to pay with a credit card bc the store does not have access to my credit card machine. 2 separate businesses. She decides to come at 11 PM for some odd reason with no money and wants to take the car??? Now here is the best part I feel bad so I give her $100 off the price so now all that work and she pays $400 bc I'm such a bad person but it's ok... now she pays with her credit card. She calls the next day and wants to cancel the transaction and use another card for the payment lol... sorry I was not born yesterday...To all machanic shop owners Beware of this lady stay away !!!!”

“I called in last minute noticed my 2020 Ram 1500 needed a oil change. I calling in I spoke with Warren one of best service advisors you can have period. I didn’t even have an appointment he got me in and out within 1 hr. Warren will really work with you and your schedule. Plus, everyone in the service department was very professional and friendly. But, when I went to the sales department so get some pricing for my vehicle and looking for a new vehicle. I got my truck appraised one week ago they had offered me $30k now it’s $29k? Also, for a Client that has leased there vehcile and family plus friend that I have referred to lease vehicle from them and are leasing from them. They didn’t even wanted to work with me one the new car price. I understand inventory problems but, this would be a second vehicle from you guys?”

“Their service is incredible. I dropped my car off to have some minor body work and repainting done. I spoke with Brendan and he took great care of me. He even assisted with getting me a local rental car at a great discounted rate. I got my vehicle back much sooner than anticipated and while pleasantly surprised, I wasn't sure how I was going to return the rental car. Brendan assisted me with that also. Had 2 new tires replaced , and left with a vibration. Lovely, went back to dealer and now they say I have a bent wheel, which was not told to me on my previous visit, and I asked. Brought it back, nothing resolved. Was told to come back and they will take care of it. Did a little research and found Derek. Man, let me tell you. I have never experienced anyone like him.
