“Peekskill Strength CrossFit is truly a gem! I Crossfitted without taking it too seriously a few months before Covid, and completely stopped until fall 2022. My wife had never Crosfitted until she stepped inside Peekskill Strength. I honestly don’t think a review can outline, explain or describe what this gym & community is. We moved to Peekskill from the city, and from the first interaction with Jess, the atmosphere felt genuinely welcoming. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, motivating but most of all fun! They’re very passionate about what they do & help athletes become better each day in a sustainable, safe & enjoyable manner. Each person is individually assessed making it a very safe place for someone who is just starting Crossfit or for someone who’s experienced. I can truly say that I genuinely enjoy fitness now & look forward to being a part of the daily WODs. Outside the box, there are amazing community events and we’ve made lifelong friends through the gym. If you recently moved to the area, looking for a new box or simply curious about Crossfit, just don’t go by the reviews - drop in for a class and most likely than not, see why joining the community could be one of the best things you’ll do for yourself.”

“I came to Dr. Vilkelis one year ago because of constant pain in my lower back. He put together a treatment plan for me--initially twice a week, then once a week and finally twice a month towards the end. Somewhere around 6 months I noticed that my back pain had gone away. Dr. V is not just a good chiropractor, he's also a great conversationalist--always interested in what's going on with me. He has a great sense of humor and "bedside manner". “I’ve been a patient of Dr Rosner’s for more than a year. I have a degenerative condition in my neck that requires occasional attention. I’ve found Dr Rosner to be incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly easy with which to work. I’ve had 2 other neurosurgeons in my life and i find that I have the most faith in him. His bedside manner is among the best I’ve had. He’s a very pleasant man with a genuine sense of humor. I’ve needed 2 surgeries with him. I trust him, his opinions and abilities. He needed to refer me to another surgeon for an additional surgery, but will be there to assist. His concern and dedication not to “hand me off” was incredibly important to me...like having a family member in the OR with me. I feel very lucky that I found him and recommend him without an ounce of reservation.”
