“Been coming here for a year now, and I can understand why it's not easy to book the first appointment. Every visit is a step in the right direction, because I always enjoy his pleasant conversation that is aimed towards positivity, understanding and often times intellectual discussion that never feels rushed, interrupted or cut short. I've never once felt uncomfortable with opening up to Dr Stephens. Everything Dr Stephens says is well thought out and offers excellent talking points, after carefully considering my feelings. One thing I noticed is he has a very helpful secretary who helps him with the patient charts, information about finer details like pharmacy and appointments made or rescheduled. Without her assistance, I don't think he would be as effective as he is when allowed to just focus on the best patient bedside manner. Despite relying on bus for travel to this office, I feel that seeing him has been therapeutic and effective for my personal being which makes the extended travel time worth it to me. If you can get through to make an appointment, you're already on the right path to better mental health.”
