“Dr. Mark helped both of my elderly parents, including one case for a pre transplant screening where she had to prepare a report for external review. She has been absolutely the best. Always courteous and warm, and really good in explaining things. That report she prepared for the transplant review got much praises from the doctors who reviewed it. Thank you Dr. Mark. I am writing this as I was shocked to see the negative reviews. Looks like both cases were due to scheduling - unfortunately Westmed is super packed nowadays and yes, getting timely appointments with popular doctors can be challenging. For existing patients with urgent needs I’d recommend to always send message to the doctor directly rather than calling the general line or using the online portal to schedule. Doctors can sometimes squeeze people in.”

The strider is like an elliptical machine but smaller and you can do so much more on it like squats and arms. The cardiovascular workout is amazing. My body has gotten so much more toned since I started this class six months ago. I highly recommend trying Go Stride! The instructors are all great too!”
