“In my experience, finding an auto repair shop is not as simple as it sounds. After all, it’s only after the complete experience you would decide if the expectation you had were actually met. A panoramic roof on my MB C300 jammed and would not operate. Once I came across Benz Express reviews and looked at their website, I made a call and scheduled an appointment to diagnose the problem. This shop specializes on Mercedes Benz vehicles and they had experience with this issue. Aside from the repair estimate, they explained the repair process and provided answers to my questions in great detail. The appointment to make the repairs was scheduled for the following week to allow time for parts delivery and to set aside the time needed for this labor intensive job. The repairs were done as promised and to my complete satisfaction. I am very pleased with this business and their friendly and experienced mechanics. I will definitely take my C300 to Benz Express for maintenance and service from now on.”

“Lucky to find this place. Don't know when it opened, but certainly looks and feels brand new. Bright, clean, beautiful facility. Got an appointment an hour after my referral from doc. Staff very pleasant/helpful. They took my insurance....and I have pretty bad insurance! Had a fairly basic ultrasound, so not sure what other equipment they have, but my guess is whatever is there is new/state-of-the-art. They should put more facility pics on their site/Google.”
