I've actually been to Target for the past few days looking for a specific item and was unable to find it and when I was alerted by the Target app that it was in stock at the store, I called and was transferred to toys where she begin assisting me and went ABOVE and beyond to assist me in locating the item, she didn't just say nope I'm not sure, like all previous associates. She helped me!! She was also very knowledgeable, professional and nice! The customer service she delivered tonight was AWESOME! Her customer service shouldn't go unnoticed! KUDOS to you Amanda K!!!!! You're the reason I'll be returning to Target because I had lost faith in targets customer service over the past few days with other previous associates unwillingness to help but YOU outweighed all of that and provided excellent customer service!!”
