“Good library, Great Children's room.”

Scarsdale Public Library

Address: 244 Heathcote Rd, Scarsdale, NY 10583, USA

Library

“Nice library, has private rooms to study, a children's room that goes up to 6th grade, a whole teen section which is nice even if it is hard to find books there. They have two floors of adult section as well as an audiobook section. They have copiers, printers and computers which you can use 120 minutes of every day or get a guest pass if you do not have a library card. They have a large parking lot and a room for events where they host a book sale. Overall a nice place.”

“I have been coming here since I was very young and I still love it! Even though the library has changed hands, the staff is always very caring, helpful, and attentive to individual's needs and wants. It truly is the hidden jewel of Crestwood!”

Grinton I. Will Public Library

Address: 1500 Central Park Ave, Yonkers, NY 10710, USA

Library

“It’s pretty spacious. Internet is good (not great, but way better than other libraries I’ve been too). They have free parking! That’s awesome! Most of the staff is helpful and polite. I gave it 4 stars because there’s no actual distinction between the quiet area and the group studying areas; in both areas people talk so loud that even if you have headphones on you can listen to them and can’t concentrate on your studying/reading. Actually, the group studying area — which you are allowed to talk— is sometimes more quiet than the actual “quiet area”. But overall good. Just get a good set of earphones and play some studying-piano music and you’ll be fine.”

Eastchester Public Library

Address: 11 Oakridge Pl, Eastchester, NY 10709, USA

Library

“Great library, love it loads. My kids go there as often as we can and can easily spend few hours reading books, playing with soft toys or games on the computer. The staff is very friendly and informative as well as eager to help.”
