“When you first walk in the restaurant it has a weird smell, I’m not not sure what that is about. However, this smell does not carry to the food and the ambiance. I went with a group of co workers during the work day and the service was great! The waiter was attentive and didn’t mess up the order. They give a generous amount of yummy chips and salsa which is always a good sign for a Mexican restaurant. The drinks were good and the food was even better. I had the steak taco bowl, the meat was tender and flavorful! I also had the doritas for desert and it was light and yummy. The meals were also reasonable priced. I will return again- maybe for ladies night on Thursday!”

“Why is this associated with American Steakhouse? I've also been there, and it's a step up from Popeye's. This is nothing like the steakhouse in Norwalk CT because it's not a cafeteria or Buffet. There is table service here and a bar. The food is good at Northstar. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. Outdoor seating is available. They have several fish appetizers and entrees. Vegetarians can find a nice meal here also- come over and see what you think, as I'm partial to the steak and chicken. Their steaks are delicious and come in different sizes. It's more upscale than Blind Charlie's Cafe, across the street, and the times I've been there I've seen few children. There's also live music certain nights of the week. It's a nice restaurant to have in town.”

“We went on a Sunday around 5, got sat right away, friendly wait staff and a good meal selection. The olive oil and bread were on point. Drinks and food were served at the expected speed (pretty quick), the meals looked great and tasted good. Our appetizer, the scallops, were cooked just fine but were a little bland compared to the rest of the meal. My boyfriend got the steak which was delicious and I got a chicken meal which was alright. The mashed potatoes were heavenly. So while everything was not 100% top of the line in terms of flavor, it was all cooked really well, and I would definitely go back there again.”

“THE BEST FROZEN MARGARITAS IN THE U.S. Fall 2018. I have been going to Guadalajara since we moved to Westchester County in 2003. Their food is good, the prepared guacamole is fabulous. There's a nice view out the southern room with good windows during daylight and dusk hours. But far and away my favorite item is their standard frozen margarita that tastes marvelous and has a terrific kick. We've asked for their recipe, but it's apparently still secret. With two of these, you should be thinking "designated driver." I have had swell frozen margaritas from New York City, New Mexico, and Southern California for years (I have lived in all three), but Guadalajara's are hands down the best. The only reason I give them a 4 not a 5, is because they are a little pricey. But if you feel like splurging and want a really decent frozen margarita, go there.”

“Went in for lunch on a Saturday with my in-laws and got a table around 12:30 immediately. Once we say down we had water and coffee right away along with the coleslaw (it was amazing). We placed our orders and had a wonderful meal, all of our plates were filled with food so come with an empty stomach or be ready for leftovers. My mother-in-law did get a burger which was over-cooked but she still said it was yummy. We look forward to going back soon!”
