I prefer customer service and the bankers knowing me over the more modern, online only, tech savvy banking my kids do. 1st Midwest may offer the more modern approach but I am happy with going to the bank and I’ve never been disappointed w service there. “We had lost power to part of our home. A faulty circuit breaker. When we saw the burned wire, we knew it was out of our DIY expertise. Of course it was 5pm on a Friday. We were able to get Josh from Cowger Electric to come the next day (last Saturday). He arrived by 8:15am and by 9am everything was fixed. He patiently answered all our questions and gave us some excellent electrical education.....and, cautious advice about using space heaters. He also checked the connections on the other circuit breakers. Highly recommend Cowger if you need electrical work. He responded quickly to texts, arrived when he said and completed the job successfully and efficiently!”
