“I love them, great selection, and they have a dog shower which sells the place. It's like a spa. However they can be pushy with the sales so I'll go to PetSmart down the block if they have the item I'm looking for and in a rush. For small businesses, I think establishing great relationships with pet parents & local community will increase conversion. You guys have a lot and are next to a great vet! I don't know if you do adoption events or Halloween contests, yet they're great for customer engagement. You guys know your clients better than a corporate office that visits once a quarter. ????”

“GREAT interactions from sales to service! Davide in sales and Gasper in service make sure that customers have an excellent experience. Further, they really have a first class team that does business with integrity and transparency in pricing and communication. On the sales side this dealership is highly competitive. We find they are consistently better in pricing over other Lexus dealers in NJ NY CT PA DE MD and they will deliver the vehicle anywhere. On the service side they are super honest! We had an experience where service techs at a different dealership (Toyota) stated we need new brakes. Instead we waited to visit Ray Catena for a second opinion and they were honest in informing us we do not in fact need new brakes because the brakes are in good condition. This kind of "Golden Rule" honesty is what we appreciate.”
