We met Gregg though a family member who also had an amazing experience with Gregg and we are lucky that we found him. He went above and beyond during every phase of the process including: Home search and assessment: - By constantly sending us listings that were highly targeted to our needs and preferences and that constantly got better based on our feedback - By always being available and making time at our schedule to set up, plan and coordinate appointments - By providing us with tons of high value data and analytics about the homes, towns, communities, home models and more, thus helping us make sound decisions Decision making and Negotiation: - By providing us a lot of well curated data and sound, professional advice on home values, keeping our finances and budget in mind and never once trying to sway or pressure us in any way. As I said, his interest seemed to always be aligned with ours. - By never hesitating to communicate with the other side and always being our strong advocate in every conversation and making sure we got a good price. Home buying process: - Helping us find the right attorneys, inspectors, loan officers and other experts - His strong knowledge helped us catch issues that even the home inspector missed and saved us trouble and money - He put a ton of personal time and effort in contacting the town, HOA, management company to the point of literally hiring plumbers by himself, spending his money while we were away (of course with our consent) to ensure we fully understood what we were getting into. Lastly, he leveraged his legal expertise and served as a second set of eyes on our contract and ensured that our contingencies and closing credits were clearly spelled out. We could go on and on but never be able to fully put our experience in words. Gregg treated us like his family throughout the process and we will forever be thankful to have had the pleasure of his counsel. Oh, and forgot to mention, his incredible incentive/buyer rebate system is probably the best in Westchester and definitely something we really appreciated. But don't just do this for the financial benefit of working with him. It is his integrity, knowledge, guidance, transparency, analytics skills and honesty that you would really benefit from.”

“There is something magical and heartwarming about walking into Bronx River Books, a wonderful bookstore that opened in Scarsdale about two years ago. With the ease of ordering books from Amazon and other online retailers, we have seen many small booksellers close their doors. Which is why it is even more extraordinary that we now have a wonderful bookstore with a great select of books for adults, teenagers and children. The owners are knowledgeable and have helped me pick out books for many of friends who have very eclectic tastes. I feel we have a responsibility to support Bronx River Books. The owners really love helping their customers and just talking to them and browsing in their store can be inspiring and hopefully will motivate you to buy a couple of books!”

“Experience: I found these guys online while looking for affordable modern high gloss furniture for my living room. The models I saw online were very elegant and after a long deliberation I chose several pieces from the Toledo entertainment wall system. As advertised, the shipment arrived within about two weeks. The boxes were well packed with metal corner rods to support the long panel boxes and lots of soft foam for protection. However, two panels in one of the boxes were cracked, which likely resulted from the box dropped. Thus, the good wraps did not save it, but the people I communicated with said there was no problem and I should expect a shipment with the replacement panels very soon. The other problem was that I did not find the Led lights that were supposed to be shipped with the cabinets. Quality: The cabinets on the pictures look glossy and sleek, however, the high gloss panels are only the front ones, while the side and upper panels are just laminated. The overall quality of the furniture is quite good, somewhat similar to IKEA, easy to assemble but the hinges make it a little difficult to align the doors. I think this furniture is the perfect solution for your living room - it adds a lot and doesn't hurt the budget too much, like the local manufacturers. Wood definitely recommend!”

You can watch chefs cook some spectacular meals right in front of your eyes including many things that are a gluten free. How terrific is that! The help is terrific. This place is very popular in town. It's great to have something different in the village of Scarsdale. I feel it's worth the money and the experience. Their food is delicious and the service is good. I highly recommend this restaurant as a refreshing change to all the American food in town. It is worth a try and at night parking is fairly easy in town. I would recommend anything on the menu. I had a potpourri of food the other night and really thoroughly enjoyed it.”
