However they can be pushy with the sales so I'll go to PetSmart down the block if they have the item I'm looking for and in a rush. For small businesses, I think establishing great relationships with pet parents & local community will increase conversion. You guys have a lot and are next to a great vet! I don't know if you do adoption events or Halloween contests, yet they're great for customer engagement. You guys know your clients better than a corporate office that visits once a quarter. ????”
