“I have been doing Boot Camp for exactly one month and I cannot say enough great things about it! I had not worked out or had someone push me like this since I was 20. I never thought I could do it again after three kids and I had every excuse in the book about why I wasn't getting where I wanted to be. I am so inspired by this group of women and how hard they push themselves and encourage others to do so. Carla has created this environment that is so welcoming, fun and gives us the strength to get through these work outs together. She is fully present for us, mentally, physically and emotionally and once you start doing this program, your perspective of yourself can really change.
