I've had many services at the spa - massages, facials, energy healing - all have been top notch and I'm used to traveling to Manhattan for my services so my expectations are high. The yoga studio is very calming - it has a rustic vibe with large windows overlooking the sprawling courtyard. The instructors are thoughtful, passionate and kind.
