“Since seeing Michael I’m able to enjoy working out again. I’m 46 and been weight Training and Martial Arts since I was 13. So recovery is everything for me. “Ordinarily, I don't write reviews. However, after a year of truly wonderful experiences at Eva's Pound Ridge salon, I felt compelled to write one. In short, Eva is a MIRACLE WORKER! I moved to New Canaan in the fall of 2020 and had tried a few different salons in the area, all with tear-inducing results: the cuts were always uneven and unflattering for my face shape, and my hair was breaking and thinning from being overprocessed. Then in September 2021 I saw an ad for Eva's salon in the Bedford & New Canaan magazine. I have never visited a salon because of an ad, but there was just something about those "before" and "after" photos (especially the "after" photos!) of women my age whose hair Eva had rescued that made me pick up the phone and call her that very minute. At my first appointment, Eva took the time to look at my hair and listen to my salon horror stories, and she knew exactly what to do. Today, my hair has grown back, it has a healthy glow (even with blonde highlights), and my cut always looks spectacular. Every time I go to her salon, I am greeted warmly by Eva and every member of her staff. I will not go anywhere else. She is worth her weight in gold!”

You can always get in touch with her and with any issues that arise she understands and works very hard to take care of them. All of the aides she provides are friendly, caring, trustworthy and helpful. They report everything to Debbie. If there is a situation the aide may need help with Debbie is there. There is open communication with the aide and Debbie and the family. It gave us peace of mind to have someone there helping them with their every day needs and the aide will even accompany them to doctors appointments and shopping. I can’t thank Debbie and her staff enough. They are a Godsend and I highly recommend them.”

“Have been at FWD Fit Hawthorne for about a year now and unequivocally has the best coaching in the Westchester area- and I am so fortunate to have found this gym. Coaches Chris, Alex and Ryan are engaging and impactful in group classes, and still manage to provide individualized support. “Tracy is a phenomenal personal trainer! I’m very weary of using personal trainers after a trainer had me doing inappropriate exercises with poor guidance that led to a stress fracture in my foot that took 9 months to heal. When I met with Tracy, I felt she took my needs and concerns seriously while also providing the appropriate motivation. Tracy was extraordinarily thorough and clearly takes her work seriously and with pride. She was well organized, always prepared, and able to provide the motivation and guidance to do our work together. Tracy also even provided thorough emails with follow up exercises to maintain our work between sessions! That was a first for me and it was much appreciated especially since I am easily distracted. I chose to go to her gym which was clean, new, and peaceful! A great break from the chaos of my house as well as the chaos and germs of a gym. Tracy is an incredible person and believes in her work and physical health, and is truly dedicated to the wellbeing of her clients! I love working with her! She has helped me focus and find the areas I want to strengthen and guides me to meet those goals and think ahead to newer ones. I highly recommend her!”
