“I like it because it's a total fitness club rather than just a gym. They have equipment that's always kept up-to-date. They are willing to try programs and adjust old to make the programs better for their membership. Just this week they opened a new EPOC group training room that has all new fitness bells and whistles. They actually get involved with the community and with family events that encourage bringing the community and its membership together.
