Sat at the counter, had coffee, ordered, and they moved us to a table just as our meals were ready. They apologized profusely for the wait, and for shuffling us around...not a big deal, as we were in no rush. Consider calling for a reservation, particularly if you want to do weekend dinner. Good menu selections (We had brunch), well prepared, with no mystery ingredients. Well worth a visit. Nov8...Back again for a late breakfast. Midweek. Steady with relaxed patrons. “I was just alerted this was possibly the best DD there is in the history of DD. I agree! Fast, proficient and friendly. As a local I visit often, I am always greeted with genuine smiles and the offer of "the usual?" The atmosphere is quiet and spacious for a stop by coffee place and often see customers relaxing in the chairs and booths. Best of all they fill me with my daily requirement of that delicious caffeine drip that is darker than the shadow if the moon during an eclipse. Dunkin, these guys deserve a raise, if not that a party”

“Wondering if I gave this place 1 Star, if I would get bad Karma ???? just kidding had some 5 star spiritual experiences here. A range of retreat types. Check the Kadampa New York and other websites. Some good beginner and more advanced options. Top tip book early if you want to stay on site in your own room. I have stayed in the smaller dorm and few times and was fine. Also stayed near Port Jervis in a hotel but I prefer the experience staying on the site! If you have any curiosity around meditation I recommend this place. It’s open to all faiths including atheists. No requirement to be a Buddhist!”
