“Check in was easy and rental car was clean enough. Main concern was that at no point did anyone do a walk around with me to document dings and scratches already on the car. Nor was I given a form to fill out to state those items. Ended up taking pictures and sending them to myself via email to time stamp and protect myself. Car return was straightforward, though again, no one did a walk around with me. The car itself was ok. Was a Ford and could tell the interior was a little old. Given the cost had expected the car to be newer. May go with Budget again in the future but the experience was not good enough to preclude shopping other rental agencies as well.”

“I was happy to have RVP Transportation provide charter service for our group that was returning from a 21 day tour of the Southwest National Parks. Our group had a late night arrival at JFK (after 11 PM) and our plane was late, but the driver waited patiently for our group until we collected our luggage. The driver had a positive attitude even though it was late at night and our group arrived late, and he drove safely and efficiently to get us all home, which was about a 2 hour drive from JFK. “Would 100% recommend and use this business again! Starting with the first communication to the drop off at the airport leaving town, everything ran smoothly. We used this car service flying into Niagara international Airport, stayed on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Pick up at the airport was prompt and the owner/driver was sweet enough to give us a quick tour of Niagara State Park on the way to the hotel.
