Hearing that I was in the area to celebrate a very special occasion, the agent that handled my reservation decided to upgrade me to a top of the line BMW 740i xDrive. This car was incredible. “Absolutely brilliant. 100% going to rent from Avis at Stewart International next time I'm in the US. Car was clean and in good nick. No issues at all with drop off or pick up. Special shout out to Mary, I was rather upset when I went to pick up the car (driving on the wrong side of the road and driving in heavy traffic for the first time) she was really good to me, got me calmed down a bit and even upgraded my to a standard car saying that the roads are less intimidating in a slightly bigger car (she was 100% correct, I wouldn't have survived in a compact and I'll be renting a standard or bigger next time too). Really thankful to her.”

I was able to go in after needing a car at 5 PM and walk out within 30 minutes in a new Maserati. I only needed the car for a day, but when I returned it I left my EZ Pass in it.
