If you aren’t sure the exact model of a part they will happily look it up for you. They will also offer advice if you aren’t sure what to buy. Once you check out they are always happy to help you install what you purchased. I was there last week and it was no different. It was an easy and positive experience. I had some speed bucks credits that I was trying to use to stock up on things I keep in the garage. The gentleman told me I can use as many as I want but each credit needs to be used in a separate transaction. No one told me that before so I was thrilled that I could buy everything I needed that day. Great customer service!”

“While taking my 95 year old mom to an appointment, I noticed that the tire pressure light was on. Initially, I thought it was due to the colder mornings. However, after going a few miles, I decided to look at the pressure on all the tires. There it was, three tires at 34 and one at 21. I knew of Joe’s Auto Service, but never had work done there. I stopped to see if they could help me out, explaining the situation. They were wonderful! They took the car in right away, discovered a nail in the tire, repaired it, and we were in our way. The service was professional, courteous, fast, reasonably priced.”
