We find they are consistently better in pricing over other Lexus dealers in NJ NY CT PA DE MD and they will deliver the vehicle anywhere. On the service side they are super honest! We had an experience where service techs at a different dealership (Toyota) stated we need new brakes. Instead we waited to visit Ray Catena for a second opinion and they were honest in informing us we do not in fact need new brakes because the brakes are in good condition. This kind of "Golden Rule" honesty is what we appreciate.”

“Great service, generous people. Pulling out of my garage, I cracked a reflector light embedded in my car's exterior panel. In a fit of optimism, I decided: "I'll fix it myself!" So I ordered the part online. The part arrived... and I walked outside to my car with the part in hand... And then I proceeded to stare at it, completely befuddled. (I am not sure what I was originally thinking.) Defeated, I brought it to Enzo, expecting to leave my car for a few days, and return to a "small" hundred dollar invoice. Instead Enzo said, "Wait in the office." Five minutes later, he handed me back my car keys, said, "It's fixed," and refused any payment. Nice guys. Real gentlemen. I will use them again.”
