“AAA TECHNICIAN AKHTAR came to jump my car and did such an amazing job. The person I had originally spoke to on the phone told me that it would be 45min to an hour wait, however he came in less then 30 minutes. He explained everything thoroughly to both myself and my mom. Showed us that the battery was not able to be safely jumped as it had no more juice in it. He replaced my battery, checked my tires and put air in them as well. I will definitely be calling him for any future issues I have with my car or with my moms car. I will also be happy to refer any of my friends to contact him as well. I have used AAA many times in the past and my mom has been a member for over 34 years and in all the times I have used the service, I have never in the past had such outstanding customer service.
