“This past Saturday was my first visit and it was a memorable one! The dealership has such a welcome and friendly environment that I did not want to leave even after I had purchased my first ever motorcycle. Dina was very helpful and took the time to help me find a bike that suited my long arms and legs, as well as my budget. Being that I am a new rider, she was very patient with me and reassured me that there was no such thing as a "stupid" question. Plus her, Angel and the parts department arranged for my bike to be delivered ASAP since I told them that i was not comfortable yet riding a motorcycle on the highway, and being that the dealership is in New Rochelle and I live in CT, I-95 was the only way because I don't know the back roads. She also navigated me to their apparel shop since i was in need of a motorcycle jacket, and that is where Lynn helped me find the most comfortable and protective jacket that was right in my budget! My final stop was with Stephanie in finance, who helped me finalize my dream of owning a Harley. She went over all the paper work, every dotted line that i had to sign, and made everything super easy. I felt like a part of the dealership family when I walked out of the finance office and into a "tradition" of honking bikes and bell rings, I was so excited!! I can't recommend this dealership enough!!! They got a customer for life!!! Also just this morning my bike was delivered, and the delivery man was super helpful and went over everything with me about my bike one more time, and gave me some tips and pointers as well!! “Needed a hitch installed on my 2016 Porsche Cayenne. Searched around online. U-haul wouldn’t do it. The dealer had a long wait and a price that was crazy high. I’m very handy but I didn’t want to mess around with something I’m not sure of and most likely not having the proper tools. So on a Friday afternoon I call HITCH KING. I spoke to a salesman and he gave me a price and said he would be able to do it the next day at 11 AM. The price was much lower than the dealer. I know the material alone is around $175.00. I went there had the job done without a hitch! A completely professional job. No hidden charges, quickly done. I’m very satisfied. Great job! Thanks!”

“I liked the owners approach here. He tested the vehicle with diagnostic equipment before doing anything. He said that while the car has issues, to take it one step at a time and not rush fixing everything. Instead to see if the one repair made the car drivable for the time being. The mechanic charges $90 per hour. It is located far from a metro area so bring breakfast or lunch. It has free parking. It is not visible from the road. There is a gas station nearby with a mart The bathroom was clean. They had a tv with cartoons for the kids and a small wait area.”
